How long will my docking station take to ship? Docksmith ships within 72 hours of your confirmed order. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Generally we ship our packages in the U.S via Priority Mail and for International shipments we use First Class mail. If you have specific shipping preferences please let us know!

Would you like to return or exchange your dock? As long as your Dock is in the same condition as when you received it we can offer you a full refund or exchange it for another dock of your preference. Please contact us within 30 days of purchasing the dock for your refund or exchange. If your dock has arrived damaged please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

My cable is no longer working. What is your cable Warranty? If you're experiencing issues with your cable, please understand that our cables are made by Apple or Samsung and we honor the same warranty that they offer their customers. We are happy to replace broken or malfunctioning cables within the first year. In order to receive a new cable we will need you to send back the broken cable by removing it from your docking station, we will also need you to provide proof of purchase. Once we have the returned cable and your proof of purchase (within 1 year of purchase) we will send you a brand new cable.

I'd like to upgrade my phone, can I replace the cable in my docking station? We have designed our docks so that the cable is removable. This means if you would like to upgrade to a new phone you can easily replace the cable with an adapter kit supplied by us.
