How long will my docking station take to ship? Docksmith ships within 72 hours of your confirmed order. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Generally we ship our packages in the U.S via Priority Mail and for International shipments we use First Class mail. If you have specific shipping preferences please let us know!

Would you like to return or exchange your dock? As long as your Dock is in the same condition as when you received it we can offer you a full refund or exchange it for another dock of your preference. Please contact us within 30 days of purchasing the dock for your refund or exchange. If your dock has arrived damaged or if the cable does not work please let us know and we will replace it for you.

Docksmith is now making docking stations that are upgradeable! We have changed the design of our docks slightly so that the cable is removable. This means if a cable breaks or if you would like to upgrade to a new phone you can easily replace the cable with an adapter kit supplied by us.
